Client Background: TravelCenters of America is the largest full-service travel center company in the country, serving professional drivers and motorists alike. Through its countless full-service locations, the Company takes care of drivers by providing full-service facilities designed to fit the needs of all. Sites include some or all of the following: diesel fuel and gasoline, restrooms, fast food restaurants, sit-down dining, lodging and convenience stores.
Situation: TravelCenters of America was looking to complete a nationwide rebrand of 35 multi-service facilities in 25 different states. Although all sites were owned and operated by TA, the sites consisted of numerous petroleum and retail brands. TravelCenters of America engaged Centerline Group for the extensive rebranding efforts.
Centerline Solution: The engagement began by surveying all 35 existing sites to determine the desired course of action. Site specific data was collected for material planning and specification as well as budgeting.
Because there were numerous brands within the overall project, all corporate branding guidelines needed to be reviewed by Centerline. Centerline managed all rebranding initiatives from A to Z at each and every site, including procurement, the permitting of construction, on site material application, tracking of completion and compliance.
